These Terms & Conditions apply to services and communications provided by Nathaniel Houghton Enterprises LLC, doing business as NHE Pools ("NHE Pools," "we," "us"). By using our services, our website, or our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

Services

NHE Pools provides residential and commercial pool cleaning and maintenance services in the Tampa, Florida area. Service details, pricing, and schedules are agreed with each customer.

SMS Terms

Program name: NHE Pools Customer Texts

Program description: NHE Pools sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages include check-ins about your pool and service visits, replies to your questions, follow-ups on reported service issues, and occasional messages about our customer referral program.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically no more than a few messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
